Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-05-21
agentslibrary is a hosted sandbox for running Nous Research's open-source Hermes Agent, built and operated by the Farfield team. By signing up, paying for, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
We provision a dedicated Linux account on a shared server, install Hermes Agent under your account, and let you connect it to messaging platforms (currently Telegram). The agent stores its own memory and configuration in your home directory.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to send spam, harass others, run unrelated workloads (mining, scraping, etc.), or anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend any tenant that violates this without notice.
Billing
$19/month, recurring via Stripe. Cancel any time from the Stripe customer portal. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months. Your bot stops working when the subscription becomes inactive.
Data
Bot tokens and other secrets are stored encrypted at rest. Chat history is stored inside Hermes Agent's own memory in your sandbox home directory; we do not read it. You can delete everything by canceling — your sandbox is destroyed after a grace period.
No warranty
The service is provided as-is. Hermes Agent is third-party open-source software; we don't guarantee its outputs or that the service will be uninterrupted. Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior month.
